Saturday Spankings

PK Corey suggested I participate in this bloghop and I'm glad she has convinced me that I need to stop being so lazy and get with the program. It is only fitting since she is the one who badgered me to write more stories after I submitted my first attempt to Fantasy Friday.  She didn't realize what a monster she created and couldn't let it rest, so then urged me to publish some of my stories. Now I am a published author, but could she let it rest.  NO she couldn't.  So here I am.  (Scratching my head, does that make me a pushover, or a submissive).

My stories are always M/F and the strong male character is always either going to threaten or deliver a spanking or two or more. Today's snippet if from my newest release, Living the Dream.

Blair met David, they fell in love and married. David believes in a traditional marriage and Blair’s outbursts are often dealt with over David’s knee.  In this scene, he has invited people to their home for a New Year’s Day Open House.  She is less than pleased.

“It’s too late Blair, I’ve already invited them and with the holiday break I won’t see most of these people until the Open House.  I told everybody anytime after 2:00.”

“Well you can just uninvite them because there is no way I’m up for this.  How dare you do this without even asking me first?”

David calmly told Blair to “chill out” and to watch her tone.

“The hell with you David.”

“Enough, we will continue this discussion when we get home.”

“I’m not changing my mind David.”

“Enough.” Blair heard the change of tone in his voice and realized that he was losing his patience.

Thanks for stopping by.  My books, Lonesome Oak Ranch and Living the Dream, can be found at LSF Publications (just click on the book cover link at the right) or at Amazon.  I love comments and feedback, so please feel free to let me know what you think.  If you don't like them, that's okay too.  Just blame PK.

Don't forget to stop by the other participants to check out some great authors.

  2. I can see where she would be less than pleased. It's a lot of work to clean and cook for an open house and no doubt the lion's share of it falls on her.

  3. I've a feeling that the conversation at home will be short, sweet and punctuated by several sharp smacks. :) Very hot, my dear.

Leigh, Welcome to SatSpanks... Yay! another spanking author.
I love the snippet too... He says "Enough" twice, but she's still pushing the issue. I think she might end up regretting that. ~smirks~

  11. Hi Sunnygirl,
Well, I bought your book and read it...and I loved it! I loved your book because the couple are very real. It wasn't the usual 24 yr. old billionaire saving some girl from a near death situation.

Congrats! Thanks for writing such a great story!
