- Sunday, Sunday. It's been a nice weekend here. We are alone, all alone and guess what - we have made good use of the privacy. Implements magically appeared in several places and were put to good use in the same ole place. It's like a fantasy boot camp for us - no homework involved, only fun.. We had a date nite last night, a movie, dinner, dancing, spanking and more dancing (sex). What more can a girl ask. Can't wait to see how we will fill up today. I'm thinking Margueritas on the lake, and then..............................................
On my last meme post the questions about tattoos received lots of interest. I teased in the responses but truthfully it's not what you might think. I had permanent eye liner tattooed on my upper and lower lids and my lips colored a natural color. The eyes were one of the smartest things I've ever done, the lips not so much. Hubby has two tattoos though. He got the first one on his 65th birthday and the other last year in memory of our SIL. Do you think he's regressing? I know, we visited St. Augustine and the Fountain of Youth, he drank the water.
This is a funny piece that had me LMBO.
Just couldn't pass up. Raise your hand if you, like me, would just love to go up to them and yank their pants completely down. Does that make me an old fuddy duddy? Not that I don't like looking at a man's butt - the crack and pants hanging down to their knees, not so much.
There's another story up for tomorrow, come by to check it out. It's another chapter in the life of Erica and Scott Carson. See you later for more Aimless Ramblings

Smoke and Flames
He walked into the
roadhouse, his eyes scanning the clientele in the smoke filled room. When he
spotted her she was sitting there smoking a cigarette and talking to the man
next to her. He could feel the hackles
rise on the back of his neck. He walked
over to her, grabbed her off the stool and hauled her out of there.
“I am going to
flame your ass” he said as he was walking out of the door. Katy got that tingly feeling deep in her
tummy at those words. This is exactly
what she had been hoping for and wanting for some time.
Jason was a great
bear of a man but his looks betrayed him. He was a gentle soul. He didn’t even
swat flies, just shooed them out the door.
Katy had never met anyone like him.
Most of the men she knew were rough around the edges. They were lumberjacks as were their father’s
before them. Most of them had never been
more than a hundred miles from Creekside.
Women were loved and respected but expected to take care of house, home
and them. A woman was expected to open
her own door, pull out her own chair and do her own heavy lifting so when Katy
went out with Jason for the first time she was overwhelmed with his gentlemanly
manners.
He had bought the
hardware store in town a couple of years ago.
Creekside was a small sleepy community on the Oregon/Washington
border. Not much exciting happened here
so when an “outsider” bought a local store there was much speculation about the
why’s and wherefore’s. No one came to
Creekside to have a life, they left Creekside to get a life. So Jason was an anomaly. The stories flew fast and furious; He was a
fugitive, or an ex-con, or someone running away from “you name it” and it was
attributed to him. After a few months,
he finally was able to convince the town folk he was just here to get away from
the hustle and bustle of the world in which he had lived. He was retired military and had spent many
tours of duty in places he never thought he would and saw things he never
wanted to see ever again.
Katy had been born
and raised in Creekside. She never knew
her father, he didn’t stick around once he found out her mother was pregnant
with her. Her mother never recovered
from her birth and she had been raised by her grandparents. Her mother passed when she was five and so
her memories were few but she had a good life.
Her grandparents were loving but strict so when the first guy came along
and filled her head with thoughts of
freedom and big city life, she ran off with him.
Unfortunately, she
soon realized that freedom came with a price.
Being too proud to admit her mistake, she stuck it out living from hand
to mouth in a run-down apartment in a city she no longer thought was wonderful,
with a man she didn’t love and who clearly didn’t love her based on the
emotional abuse he dealt out daily. Two
years into this existence, Sully didn’t come home one night. The next day a policeman came to the door and
delivered the news she knew she would one day hear. Sully had been drunk and picked a fight with some
burly guys. During the skirmish he fell
back, hit his head and died on the way to the hospital. She didn’t mourn his passing. When she called her grandparents to tell
them, they urged her to come back to Creekside.
She took their advice, came home and never looked back.
She dated now and
again but until Jason came along no one made much of an impression on her. She had heard it all before and knew that
what she had was better than what she’d had with Sully. Jason was different. She loved how gentle he
was and how well he treated her and others.
Even in lovemaking, he handled her as if she was made of porcelain. She wished he was a little more dominant but
she knew what was important in life and she respected and loved him. So when he
asked her to marry him she said yes.
They settled into the home in which she was raised.
For the most part,
Katy was happy. But sometimes, Jason was
so easygoing that Katy would get frustrated that nothing she did seem to rile
him. She wanted a little excitement, she wanted to spar with him. She remembered her granny could get her
grandpa so fired up and mad as a wet hen, they were always scrapping with each
other. She knew it was never for real
because there were always smiles and laughter.
There were times though when Grandpa would be serious and granny would back
down. He never raised a hand to either one of them but he would threaten to
give her a good hiding if she didn’t behave. She learned early on his word was
law. She spent many an hour standing in
the corner or being grounded because she had disobeyed or sassed him.
One day she sat
down with Jason and told him just how she felt.
He listened closely and told her he had seen so much violence he didn’t
want to experience it ever again. She told
him she was not talking about violence just about some good old arguing or
getting his dander up. He said that was
not his way and why couldn’t she be happy with that. She told him she just wanted to add a little
spice to their life.
After that, she
considered it her mission in life to do whatever she could to get him to
budge. Purposely, she would do things
she hoped would irritate him. Things
like not doing the laundry, or leaving the car with no gas on days she knew he
needed it to get somewhere. He seemed to
take it all in stride. She finally just
gave up. She loved him and she knew what he was like when she married him so
she read more and more exciting romance
novels and fantasized in her head that Jason was the hero and she the damsel in
distress.
Then one day
everything seemed to change. She was no
longer just acting bitchy. She was bitchy.
Nothing he did pleased her; she was sweet as pie one minute and a complete
shrew the next. He tried his best and
would stay at the store for longer and longer periods of time. He was never sure just who he would be coming
home to and even if it was his sweet loving Katy he was never sure just how
long she would be around.
He looked so ragged that his long time
employee, Sadie, asked if anything was wrong and if she could help.
“ I don’t know
what’s wrong but Katy just doesn’t seem to be herself. She is always grouchy and mean”.
Sadie said
giggling “when I get like that Jake just takes me over his knee and after a
good tanning, things just seemed to straighten right out”
Jason was aghast
and said he could never do anything like that.
“Well, I’m just
telling you what works for us. You’ll
figure out what to do”
Jason went home
that night and Katy was as sweet as pie.
She’d made his favorite dinner of meat loaf and mashed potatoes with
gravy, and an apple pie for dessert. He was so happy, until bedtime. When he suggested it was time for bed, Katy
the Terrible emerged.
“Who do you think you are telling me when it’s
time to go to bed? I’ll go to bed when I
damn well please”.
The tirade
continued until he just turned around and left the room. She followed him continuing her
harangue. Suddenly, Sadie’s advice came
to mind and he figured what the hell did he have to lose. He turned back to her and without a word
pulled her over his hip and swatted her backside.
She kicked his
shins, so he gave her a few more. When
he let her up, she was silent.
“I don’t care if
you come to bed or not but I don’t want to hear another word. I have finally had it”
He went to bed and
was astounded when the next thing he knew she was beside him. She cuddled into him and began telling him
how much she loved him and she was so sorry for her bad behavior. He told her all was forgiven and kissed her
good night. Katy wasn’t ready for
sleep. He had awakened her senses and
she wasn’t going to sleep until those desires were sated. It was the best sex they had in months.
Jason swatted her
more often now and each time her hiney got that little tingle. They were having
more sex than they had been and she was enjoying it. What she wasn’t enjoying were her mood
swings. When she finally went to the
doctor he confirmed her suspicions. She
was menopausal. She told him she was much
too young and went on her way. After a
few more weeks she couldn’t stand herself any longer and went on hormone replacement
therapy. It worked beautifully and she
was back to her old self. Unfortunately
as she settled out, the spanks disappeared and so did the great sex.
‘I have to get
that back’, she thought to herself.
‘What can I do that will really get Jason to sit up and take
notice’?
So once again she
began doing things to irritate him. One
of the things he hated when they met was that she smoked. He finally persuaded her to give them up and
she hadn’t smoked in years. She bought a
pack of cigarettes and although she never lit up, she would light one and let
it burn in the ashtray and then leave the evidence. The cigarette pack was left in plain
sight. When Jason saw them he grabbed
them and her and threatened to “spank her bottom until it was smoking hot” if
she started smoking again.
‘What’s a girl to
do?’. She thought.
The next Friday, she left him a note to meet
her at the roadhouse. They needed a
night out. She sat at the bar and
watched the door. When she spotted Jason she immediately grabbed a cigarette
and lit it. She had been chatting to
Jamie Henderson, a friend from high school, but Jason didn’t know that. So she really played it up and by the time
Jason spotted her she could see she had succeeded.
When he got her
home, he pulled off her jeans and her panties and hauled her over his knee. He
“flamed her ass” and other parts that night and many nights thereafter.

Have you ever?
Have you ever been guilty of looking at others your own age and thinking, surely, I can't look that old. Well, if so, you will love this:
I was sitting in the waiting room for my first appointment with a new dentist. I noticed his DDS diploma which bore his full name. Suddenly I remember a tall, handsome, dark-haired boy with the same name that had been in my high school class some thirty odd years ago. Could he be the same guy that I had a secret crush on way back then? Upon seeing him, however, I quickly discarded any such thought.
This balding, gray haired man with the deeply lined face was way too old to have been my classmate. After he examined my teeth, I asked him if he had attended Morgan City High School
"Yes, I did. I am a Mustang he said as he gleamed with pride.
"When did you graduate?" I asked
He answered, "In 1975. Why do you ask?
" You were in my class," I exclaimed.
"He looked at me closely and then, that
UGLY, OLD, BALD, GREY-HAIRED, DECREPIT SOB asked
"WHAT DID YOU TEACH ?"
$$#%^#%#%#^#^#^#^^&$^@((%&%(#(#*($$*#(#@W@@)$(%
Wow, I graduated high school in 1962. I don't even want to think about what my classmates look like. Myself , I have a portrait of Dorian Grey in my closet so I look the same.

See Yourself
This link is something I think we all need to watch and take to heart. We don't realize just how critical we are of ourselves and how others see us is usually not what we think. It's something to also pass on to our young daughters who are always so critical of themselves.
JIC I didn't do it right, I've also included the address below

Attitude plays an important part also. So I guess I am just vertically challenged.

Surprised
The gauntlet has been thrown and a couple of us are challenging each other to shed some weight. We have a weekly Friday weigh-in and so far it hasn't been going as well as we would like. Life keeps getting in the way. So this week, I have really stepped up and began exercising again. The motor home doesn't allow for a lot of floor space so, with the exception of walking, I do my exercises in bed. The other morning hubby was up early for an appointment and when he came back into the bedroom after his shower I was doing my tush tighteners. I am busily counting away, not paying any attention to hubby when suddenly the covers get thrown off and I feel a sharp swat and am told to roll over. There is hubby, with leather paddle in hand, and he started spanking me with no warm up, just hard swats, not many but boy he seems to have a lot more strength in the morning that in the evening. Even though there weren't many, I felt every one of them and the heat lasted more than a few seconds. When I asked him what brought that on he said as long as I was exercising I might as well have get a full workout.
Not only was the spanking a surprise but there wasn't any dancing afterward. I think that's only happened once before. Could it be he is benefitting from my reading him some blogs or having him critique some of my stories?
WHATEVER it was worked for me

A stranger was seated next to a little girl on the airplane when the stranger turned to her and said, 'Let's talk. I've heard that flights go quicker if you strike up a conversation with your fellow passenger.'
> The little girl, who had just opened her book, closed it slowly and said to the stranger,
> 'What would you like to talk about?'
> 'Oh, I don't know,' said the stranger. 'How about nuclear power?' and he smiles.
> 'OK,' she said. 'That could be an interesting topic. But let me ask you a question first.
> A horse, a cow, and a deer all eat the same stuff - grass, right?
> Yet a deer excretes little pellets, while a cow turns out a flat patty, and a horse produces clumps of dried grass.
> Why do you suppose that is?'
> The stranger, visibly surprised by the little girl's intelligence, thinks about it and says, 'Hmmm, I have no idea.'
> To which the little girl replies, 'Do you REALLY feel qualified to discuss nuclear power when you don't know shit?

A Fresh Start
Derek and his two girls,
June and Lacey, had moved into the neighborhood last winter. Derek, a widower, had accepted a transfer in
the hopes they could begin again.
Jillian had been a wonderful wife and mother but had succumbed after a
long battle with cancer. Her passing had
taken its toll on them and Derek thought it would be best if they were closer
to family. June was 4 and Lacey 6 when
Jillian was diagnosed and watched as their mother went from a vibrant force in
their lives to someone they visited in a hospice center and who no longer bore
any resemblance to her former self. When
she passed, it was both a blessing and a curse.
Derek was wise enough to get them to counseling early and it seemed to have
helped them deal with Jillian’s passing and their ability to move forward with
their lives. He hoped the move was
another step in that direction.
Both his parents
and sister lived in Oakwood, a suburb of Portland. Derek had actually grown up there but after
college the lure of a big city was much too enticing and he took a job in San
Francisco. He rented an apartment and
bumped into Jillian in the elevator his first week there. It was love at first sight for Derek but
Jillian had given him a run for his money.
When she finally allowed him to catch her they married and lived in the
city until she became pregnant with Lacey.
They bought a home and moved to Marin County and lived the good life
until that horrible visit to check out a problem she was having with headaches.
Tests revealed a brain tumor and their life was a series of one downward day
after another. Surgery was not an option
and nothing else slowed the growth of the tumor.
So when the job
opened up in Portland he jumped at it.
He was ready for a fresh start and the girls needed family around. The
company sent him out to find a house and instead of going alone he took the girls. This was going to be their new home and they
should have a say in the decision. His
sister set him up with a realtor friend and he found a gently used cozy three
bedroom home not too far from his parent’s home. It was in a good neighborhood, lots of
families with kids, and Lacey could walk to school.
So here they were
facing their first summer in Oakwood.
The girls would be out of school from June 10 to August 29th
and Derek had no idea how he was going to fill their time. Neither one of them wanted to go to camp. He didn’t want to impose on his parents for
the whole summer and his sister worked.
He decided to place an ad for a housekeeper/nanny in the local
paper. He couldn’t believe how many
responses he received. When he narrowed
down the field he had the girls sit in on the interviews to watch the
interaction between them.
After a thorough
reference check he settled on Shannon Fielding.
She was a substitute school teacher and a freelance writer. She was in her mid thirties and would be a
good fit for the girls - young enough to relate to and respond to their needs
but old enough to know how to handle the wheedling and cajoling that went on
when they were trying to get their own way.
It would also be nice to have help with the laundry, cooking and
cleaning. He was exhausted from being
mommy and daddy.
Shannon was a
gem. He enjoyed living in a house he
didn’t have to worry about cleaning, and taking a clean shirt out of the drawer
that he didn’t put there and best of all sitting down to a home cooked meal
that he didn’t cook. The girls were happy and carefree. As the summer wore on
he found himself paying closer attention to Shannon. He wasn’t interested in a
relationship but it would be nice to have dinner with a grown up. He wasn’t sure if this was a good idea so he
never followed up and then one day she asked if he and the girls would like to
join her at a festival that was being held in the park close to the house. He
agreed and they met at the park. It was
great fun riding the rides, eating junk food, playing the carnival games. He
almost forgot to miss Jillian. Somewhere
along the way they met up with his sister.
She asked if the girls wanted to have a girl’s night with her. June and Lacey loved Aunt Sarah and agreed
readily. That left Shannon and Derek
alone and he invited her to have dinner with him. She agreed.
He took her to a
little Italian restaurant he loved. It
had been family owned for years and he had frequented it often when coming back
to Oakwood. It wasn’t very busy this
early in the evening so they had their pick of tables. He ordered a bottle of wine and
appetizers. As they drank they talked
about their lives, their hopes and dreams.
He was surprised to find she had been married once. She explained they
were both young and couldn’t resolve their differences so it ended in divorce
five years later. They didn’t have any
children . That was their major unresolved
difference - she was ready, he was
not. She said she came to understand it
was because he was really still a child himself. She said if she ever got married again the
man would have to be an adult- a strong
man not afraid to show his feminine side but able to take charge when the
situation called for him to do so.
“How about you
Derek, do you think you will ever get married again?”
“I haven’t really
given it much thought. I have been so
busy with Lacey and June before you came along there wasn’t much time to think
about me” he told her.
She told him it
was like anything in life. If it’s meant
to happen, it will and usually when you are least expecting it. She told him she found that making long range
plans was a waste of time. Something
else always came up and she had learned to go along with the flow rather than
beating her head against a wall.
After another
bottle of wine and dinner, they noticed the wait staff was cleaning up. He was surprised to look at his watch and see
the time.
“I best get you to
your car Shannon. I’ve taken up too much
of your time already. You should have said something”
“To tell you the
truth we were having such a wonderful evening I didn’t even think of the time”.
“Maybe we should
do this again,” he said. “ I don’t want you to feel obligated though. Just because you work with us doesn’t mean
you also have to keep me company outside of work hours”
“I would love it
Derek and I don’t feel the least bit obligated to do so”
They had dinner
together three or four times over the course of the summer. Each time they
shared more of themselves with each other. They were still in the friends stage
and Shannon found she wanted to take it further but decided to wait until she
was no longer in his employ.
September rolled
around and she had not heard from Derek so she decided to call him on the pretense of
checking on how the children were doing.
Now that they were back in school all day, they spent most afternoons
with their grandparents until Derek came home from work. She got his voice mail and left a
message. It was later that evening he
called her and told her the kids were doing well but missing her. She said she missed them too. He suggested she come over on Saturday and
join them for a barbecue.
Saturday turned
out to be a rainy day and the barbecue was nixed in favor of pizza. The girls
were happy to see her and when it was time for their bedtime she read them a
story. They asked if she could come
again and she answered that it depended on their Dad.
“Can she Daddy?”
“I think it would
be great to have her visit again” he responded.
Derek asked if she
would stick around while he put the girls down and she nodded her assent.
Shannon was in the
kitchen making coffee when Derek came down. She looked as if she belonged. It
startled him for a second. They took
their coffee to the living room and Derek told Shannon he didn’t want her to
feel obligated to come by to visit. She
put down her coffee cup, leaned over and kissed him. When she pulled back he
pulled her back in for another kiss.
“Wow, I didn’t
expect that and I guess it answers my questions about not feeling obligated”
“Yes, I’ve been
wanting to do that for some time” Shannon replied.
“Me too’, he
replied. ‘But I want to get a couple of things out in the open. I don’t know what you have in mind but I want
you to know my girls are a priority. I
don’t want them getting hurt and thinking you are in their life and then you’re
not. They’ve been through that once and
I don’t think they could deal with that again.
So I want you to be sure right now before anything gets started.”
She started to say
something and he quieted her.
“I am not
finished. The other thing you have to
know is that I am an old-fashioned guy and believe in old-fashioned ideas. I guess I’m a throwback. I will be the head of my household. I know we haven’t even reached that stage yet
but I want you to know up front what kind of marriage I expect. Things will not be a lot different than what
they were this summer. I am not a micro
manager but there will be consequences when things are “out of sync”.
Shannon piped up
with “like when you lectured me on the safety of holding the children’s hands
when they crossed the street, or the time I forgot to turn off the stove when
we went to the park”.
“Exactly, he
said. Except the consequence then was a
lecture, if we marry, the consequence may well be a trip over my knee”.
“Oooohhh” she said
squirming in her chair. “I love the
girls and I have had romantic feelings toward you almost from the
beginning. My thinking is to not include
the girls into our relationship until we are sure. We can continue as before with my coming over
occasionally for a visit as a friend.
Our dating will be just between us.
As for the other stuff, that’s food for thought. If you need an answer today, it will be no. But I promise to be open minded. What is your opinion?”
“I think the idea
about keeping our relationship between us for the present is a wonderful
idea. Regards to the other issue, sounds
fair.
And so began the
adventures of Shannon Fielding and Derek Jansen and their two girls.

He Always
I watched something happen tonight that really makes me appreciate my husband. Hubby, a friend and I were sitting around last evening awaiting my brother to come from work and my friend's husband to come home from a fishing trip. Her husband had left at 4:30 am. It was now 8:00 pm, he walked in the door, right past his wife and started talking to my brother about the fishing trip. He completely ignored his wife. I commented to her and she told me that's what happens after 31 years. I said no, my hubby is not like that. She told me she noticed that.
I don't think I always deserve or appreciate his loving care and touches but I'm glad it's there. He always greets me when he returns from somewhere, he rarely passes me without a loving touch. He is always holding doors and chairs, opening car door and anything else. He always compliments me on how I look, always concerned if I am even slightly unwell, always asking if there is anything I need or he can do for me.
He shows his love for me in hundreds of every day occurrences every single day of the year.
He always loves me even when I don't love myself. How lucky am I?
See you later for more Aimless Ramblings.
