Since most of us are weight conscious and always looking for the perfect diet, I give you this option to add to your collection.  It starts you off with a very healthy breakfast and then gives you that pick me up just when it is most needed.

1 slice whole wheat toast
1 cup skim milk
Lunch
1 small portion lean, steamed chicken

1 cup herbal tea
1 Hershey's kiss

Afternoon Tea
1 The rest of the Hershey Kisses in the bag
1 tub of Hagen-Daaz ice cream with chocolate chips

Dinner
4 glasses of wine (red or white)
2 loaves garlic bread
1 family size supreme pizza
3 Snickers Bars

Late Night Snack
1 whole Sarah Lee cheesecake (eaten directly from the freezer)

  1. OMG - I did this diet for a few years! It was the best diet I was ever on! Substitutions are also allowed - potato chips for the Hersey's Kisses, nachos with cheese instead of snickers bars, etc......

  2. I would like to try it out for you, but I have to decline.
I don't like grapefruit. So I would be of to a very bad start.
Besides, with Breakfast (minus grapefruit) and Lunch I am filled up for the day.
I do miss the cookies. Every serious diet needs lots of cookies!
With cookies inserted at strategic places (maybe use the 4 empty lines!) you'll find volunteers easier!

  3. You know...this diet could probably work. I think I'd end up throwing a lot of it up by the end of the day!

  5. I like your new look, Sunnygirl. Very cheerful. I was all set to read about a bland, boring diet, but then you totally surprised me, lol! Gotta say, I'm liking your style! If there's cheesecake in the house I WILL eat it. That's why I never bring any home! Thanks for the laugh :)

    1. Thanks, I thought maybe it would be too bright, especially in the am, but I kind of like it too.

    1. It is, as long as you're not worried about weight.

  7. That's a diet I could follow forever, except the grapefruit. It conflicts with medication I am on. Maybe I can substitute gummy bears - they're fruit, right?

    Hugs,
    Hermione

  8. Hey sunnygirl - love, the bright new look. I'll have to pass on the diet - hate grapefruit and skim milk. Don't like wine either.

    LOL,

    1. Glad you like the look, it is definitely bright.
Substitutions would be the key in your case.

  9. This is a great diet! With all the sweets though, it needs more chips...

I, too, love the new look!

    1. I know, it's very low on salt, the perfect combination with the chocolate.

      Thanks on the new look.

    1. Hermione is going to try gummy bears, maybe you could think about that as a substitute.

  11. Great new look.

Love the diet except for the ice cream (don't like ice cream) so I'd have to substitute it for a little more chocolate like fresh cream chocolate eclairs.

    Love,
    Ronnie

I love ice cream but your substitutions sound pretty good too.

  14. What's not to like about that diet, except the lbs you put on if you follow it. LOL

  15. Silly, gave me the giggles - cause that's how my diet goes sometimes, as hard as I try, lol.

  16. Giggles are always good. That's been my diet to which explains why I am on another diet right now. LOL

  17. I think I have been on a similar diet my whole life subsequently the cause of my current weight issues... :-) Thanks for the smile!
