The Truth Is

.
I will say that if Sunny is a serial killer she’s not very good at it. (The payoff wasn't high enough and I ran out of black bags).

I got clean away and I’m back home with Nick. If she didn’t kill me for the gift of the cane, I think I’m in the clear. (As for the cane, that is another story.  I've never been quiet about how I feel about that particular item even if I've never experienced the feeling.  Ray really wanted me to thank PK, she may die yet)

This trip originated as a reward for working on losing weight. We reported to each other as well as a few others. Sometimes it was tough going, but we didn’t do so badly.  Sunny said I could post her picture as long as I didn’t identify which one she was – so I’m not telling. Unfortunately, I've given enough clues that Cat figured out which one was me.

We did the usual Las Vegas stuff, gambling, drinking, picking up prostitute – no, wait, that wasn’t us. We got tattoos, lay out by the pool in our bikinis, and soaked in the hot tub. But don’t worry, before the trip was over we saw the error of our ways and got religion.
All true except for the last part, I know there are pictures to prove otherwise, but I didn't get any religion, just a habit that didn't fit very well.

Come on really want did you all expect? More than you shared.

We’re two semi-respectable middle-aged women (debatable)– we talked, and talked, and talked. We talked about writing, we talked about our families, we talked about blogging, about bloggers, about our childhood, our husbands, and many of the same things we all talk about on blogs. How spanking works in our lives, what we want, need, you name it.  In between all this conversation we went to the strip and walked, and walked and walked – finally giving up and grabbing a cab back to the hotel. It was after that that we hit the hot tub and boy did it feel good. (Some probably wouldn’t describe our bathing suits as bikinis – but I’m telling this story.) No one would consider them bikinis, the closest we came was PK who were a tankini. My suit never gets much use unless I'm in public, I'd rather be nude than deal with a wet bathing suit.

We ate well, but we didn’t really over eat, as Nick had warned against, we found a great place when we went downtown. Sunny and the waiter hit it off for sure, I had to watch her the next night when we went back again for soup and dessert.Contrary to what PK led you to BELIEVE I was not flirthing with Edward.  Can you BELIEVEiter was from the town in which I grew up?  We exchanged lots of stories even if he was quite a bit younger than me.  He told me about all the changes because all of my siblings moved away too, so we never go back.

I loved the downtown area – so very tacky and fun! That’s where we got our tattoos. If you've ever been there you know what PK is saying.  If not, you have to see to BELIEVE. Ray thinks I should make the tattoo permanent. I've had eyeliner and lips tattooed, that's enough for me.

It really was a great trip – two people who had met on line knowing at first that we had only one interest in common and not one you’d mention to your neighbor. But we had a ball, sharing a room with ease. We never even turned on the TV while we were there. It was absolutely all of the above.  We truly enjoyed each other and I felt as if we were great friends that just met for the first time.  We had no fist fights, word wars or anything.  Of course, it's because I am a Sunny Girl (don't tell PK).

I think, for the most part, neither of us was shocked by the other. I will have to say that when we get old and begin reminiscing about our lives and all we’ve done, Sunny’s going to have better stories to tell than I will.  What PK fails to say is that I am older and therefore have had many more years to get those experiences.  I do have to say though that I have lived a charmed life and have had many memorable experiences, some when I was in an altered state, many when I was/was not completely aware. It's fodder for lots of laughs.

Not to worry – I can write fiction with the best of them. So can I.

So there you have it, the true story. We had a great time and I am so glad we did it. There are so many of you I wish I could meet someday.

See you later for more Aimless Ramblings.

  1. LOL Sunny...you gave us a bit more than PK, but neither one of you really told us jack sh*t! Sheesh...as talented as both of you are, I would have expected some creative tales at a minimum! :-)

Happy you two were able to meet and enjoy each other.

  15. You sound like you had a blast. You really had me going about the tattoos - I wouldn't even have my eyebrows done I am such a wimp, and anyway, Dan would kill me. What you said about the bikini, Sunny - does that mean you sat in the hot tub au naturel? LOL

Glad you had a great time and I am still jealous. When are you coming over here?
