Spent yesterday running errands all over town. It was a perfect day for it because it was overcast and I really got a lot done. We're still at the lake and will be here until next Thursday. We've been getting a lot of rain and I wish I could send some to my daughter's neck of the woods, they could sure use it. Everything is really green though and the blue bonnets are abundant.
We had a good time in Arizona and made the decision that is where we're going to settle. That decision has been made and changed several times but I think it's going to stick this time. We have many friends there, our daughter and grandkids aren't that far away and we'll just stay indoors in the summer. No seriously, we could always travel then.Our trip to Texas was uneventful - beautiful weather all three days, just a little windy. Thank you everyone for your good wishes in sending us off - they worked. We love it here too and everything is familiar - but there's winter and the last couple have been a little colder and snowier than ususal. I hate to think that may be the new norm,

Happy you two had a safe and uneventful trip Sunny. Will be happy to send some of our rain out to your daughter and to my oldest...almost the entire west coast could use it. Have fun in Texas. ;)

Those pictures are wonderful - are those blue bonnets? Arizona sounds an amazing place. Glad you have made a decision, although I can't see you giving up your travelling lifestyle just yet. I keep trying to tempt Dan, but he won't have it. I know it's all to do with his eyesight and driving. Sigh.
