If any of you try this diet, please share the results.
See you later for more Aimless Ramblings.
I'm thinking........!LOL
ReplyDeleteI can see the smoke. LOL
DeleteOMG - I did this diet for a few years! It was the best diet I was ever on! Substitutions are also allowed - potato chips for the Hersey's Kisses, nachos with cheese instead of snickers bars, etc......
ReplyDeleteMe too, that's why I need a diet now. LOL
DeleteI would like to try it out for you, but I have to decline.
ReplyDeleteI don't like grapefruit. So I would be of to a very bad start.
Besides, with Breakfast (minus grapefruit) and Lunch I am filled up for the day.
I do miss the cookies. Every serious diet needs lots of cookies!
With cookies inserted at strategic places (maybe use the 4 empty lines!) you'll find volunteers easier!
I love the grapefruit, you can keep the toast.
DeleteYou know...this diet could probably work. I think I'd end up throwing a lot of it up by the end of the day!
ReplyDeleteIsn't there a name for that. LOL
DeleteLOL Too funny!
ReplyDeleteGlad you enjoyed.
DeleteI needed to laugh. Thanks so much.
ReplyDeleteYou are quite welcome.
DeleteI like your new look, Sunnygirl. Very cheerful. I was all set to read about a bland, boring diet, but then you totally surprised me, lol! Gotta say, I'm liking your style! If there's cheesecake in the house I WILL eat it. That's why I never bring any home! Thanks for the laugh :)
ReplyDeleteThanks, I thought maybe it would be too bright, especially in the am, but I kind of like it too.
DeleteSounds like a perfect diet to me!!!
ReplyDeleteIt is, as long as you're not worried about weight.
DeleteThat's a diet I could follow forever, except the grapefruit. It conflicts with medication I am on. Maybe I can substitute gummy bears - they're fruit, right?
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Hermione
Gummy bears are good.
DeleteHey sunnygirl - love, the bright new look. I'll have to pass on the diet - hate grapefruit and skim milk. Don't like wine either.
ReplyDeleteLOL,
Cat
Glad you like the look, it is definitely bright.
DeleteSubstitutions would be the key in your case.
This is a great diet! With all the sweets though, it needs more chips...
ReplyDeleteI, too, love the new look!
I know, it's very low on salt, the perfect combination with the chocolate.
DeleteThanks on the new look.
ROFL!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteI adore it!!
:)
DeleteLove this diet...except for grapefruit! Very funny post!
ReplyDeleteHermione is going to try gummy bears, maybe you could think about that as a substitute.
DeleteWe're in the same boat.
ReplyDeleteGreat new look.
ReplyDeleteLove the diet except for the ice cream (don't like ice cream) so I'd have to substitute it for a little more chocolate like fresh cream chocolate eclairs.
Love,
Ronnie
xx
Thanks Ronnie. It is bright.
ReplyDeleteI love ice cream but your substitutions sound pretty good too.
Mh I like most of the stuff in your version of 'dieting'....
ReplyDeleteWhat's not to like about that diet, except the lbs you put on if you follow it. LOL
ReplyDeleteSilly, gave me the giggles - cause that's how my diet goes sometimes, as hard as I try, lol.
ReplyDeleteGiggles are always good. That's been my diet to which explains why I am on another diet right now. LOL
ReplyDeleteI think I have been on a similar diet my whole life subsequently the cause of my current weight issues... :-) Thanks for the smile!
