HELPING HINTS

HERE ARE SOME HELPFUL TIPS I'VE LEARNED ALONG THE WAY WITH HELP FROM MY FRIEND MAXINE:

1.  To keep potatoes from budding, 
Place an apple in the bag with the potatoes.

OR

Buy a box of mashed potato mix,
Put it in the cupboard and it will keep for a year.



2.  When a cake recipe calls for flouring the baking tin, use some of the dry cake mix instead.
There won't be any white mess on the outside of the cake.

OR

Go to the bakery.
Hell, they'll even decorate it for you


3.  cure for headaches:  Take a lime, cut it in half and rub it on your forehead.
The throbbing will go away

OR

Take a lime, mix it with tequila, add ice and drink
All your pains will go away.

4. Don't throw out all that leftover wine. Freeze into ice cubes for future use
in casseroles and sauces
