Saturday Spankings

I'm going to thoroughly confuse you and myself.  I usually post Saturday Spankings on my author blog, Leigh Smith.  However, this is still Winter Spanks and my story is posted on that site through today. BTW if you haven't checked out the blog hop yet, be sure to do it.  You won't be sorry.  

So back on topic,  Saturday Spankings is here today but will be back to the other blog next week. Thoroughly confused yet? Also, the rules for SS have been expanded today - we don't have to keep the post to eight sentences.

This scene is from my book Love is Where You Find It.  It takes place after Misty's first day of work at Randy's sister veterinary clinic.  She starts walking home and realizes just how far she still has to go and being exhausted, decides to hitchhike. Randy is driving by and see's Misty and stops to pick her up and begins to lecture her on the perils of hitchhiking.  Misty doesn't like being lectured.

He released her seat belt and yanked her over to the driver’s side.  She was indignant and wasn’t going to submit without a struggle. Her legs were kicking and her hands were pummeling his thighs. He finally managed to grab her hands and pinioned them with this left hand. It took a little longer to quiet those kicking legs. He was so frustrated by now that he didn’t hold back and the first swat got her attention.  There was no warm up, just a flat out old fashioned spanking.  He delivered one spank after another until she was yelling out for him to stop.

“I’ll stop when I think you realize that I mean what I say, and somehow I don’t think we are there yet.”

He landed another ten hard swats to her bottom.  

“The next time you think about this before you do something so foolish.”  He released her and told her to buckle up. He started the truck.

“Why didn’t you call me or the ranch to get a ride home?”

 She was a little remorseful and teary eyed, not because of the spanking, lord knows she had experienced much worse, but because he kept lecturing her about how foolish she had been. 

“I didn’t want to cause anyone any more inconvenience than I already have.”

“How many times do you need to be told you are no trouble?  Am I going to have to spank you again?”

The tears and remorse were gone. “Are you ever going to give it up? I’ve had a long, hard day and I am tired.  You’ve lectured me and spanked me and told me how silly my actions were.  It’s done, let it go.  I’m over it now.” Misty said

“Why you little brat.  I should have lowered your jeans and panties and really let you have it. I’m just sorry I didn’t have a paddle handy.”

“You don’t need a paddle your hand is hard enough. And don’t think you are going to be spanking me again any time soon Mister.”

“I wouldn’t bet on that. Keep up that sass brat and I will be pulling over again and I won’t be so lenient.”

“I am not a brat.  I am beat, hungry and tired of being yelled at.”

Both of them were silent on the rest of the drive.  When he pulled into the driveway at his mother’s house he asked her if she would be getting off the same time the next night. 

“I have no idea,” she spit out at him.

“I’ll call you tomorrow afternoon.  I will be there no matter what time you get off, and don’t you go pulling this stunt again.  She shrugged and slammed the truck door

Misty was still sullen and wished she didn’t have to be nice right now, but Sarah Colburne was ready and waiting to hear how her first day went.  Sarah said to clean up and sit down for dinner.  When she came back into the kitchen, there was a warmed plate waiting for her and Sarah sitting there with the ever present cup of coffee.  Misty tried putting on a smile and told Sarah all about her day.

“Did Randy come to pick you up?”

“No, actually, I was walking home and got so tired I decided to thumb a ride.  Randy happened by, saw me and picked me up.”

“Tell me you really didn’t do that, Misty?”

Misty hung her head and said that she had.

“Don’t worry.  I got a huge lecture from Randy and then he spanked me too for being so foolish.”

 Sarah giggled a little and told her she deserved a spanking.

“You ever need a ride home you let us know and someone will be there to pick you up, you hear?”

“Yes Sarah.  Randy already told me he will pick me up tomorrow.”

“Okay, that’s settled, now eat your dinner.”

When she finished eating and helped Sarah clean up the kitchen, she headed upstairs for a long soak in the tub.  She closed her eyes and relished the hot water seeping into her tired muscles. The bubble bath felt so good .  Lying there she thought about Randy and the spanking. It hurt, but there were other feelings involved too.  She felt a nervous twitch in her stomach when she thought about being over his knee.  She’d been spanked lots of times, especially growing up, but this was the first time she felt like she had actually disappointed someone and that the spanking was more about teaching her a lesson than making her cry.  When Jimmy spanked her it was always in anger and it  wasn’t always on her buttocks.  He would swing his belt and where it landed was no matter to him.
