One Other Thing

As I said in my Monday post, last week was filled with surprises.  I forgot all about one surprise, considering what kind of blog this is, it's a testament to anything can be forgotten.

Apparently, according to Ray, I've been a *itch for quite a few weeks now.  I know, hard to imagine Sunny Girl being a *itch, but it happens more than I like to admit.  Anyway, this one particular day I knew I had really delivered a couple of zingers and I could tell Ray was really bothered.  I apologized and he accepted, but he still seemed a little  'off'.  When I pressed the issue, he said the best thing I could do was stop being *itchy.  I told him maybe I needed a little incentive.  He agreed (woohoo) and told me to get something and said there were a couple of things not far away, choose one.  I chose my gift from Katie T since we had already tried PK's gift shortly after we returned from our Girl's trip.

Over I went and let me tell you that little "Life is Better at the Beach" beautiful turquoise blue spatula delivers a helluva hurt. It wasn't long before I was wriggling around and calling a halt.  I went to take a shower and knew I needed more.  He was still sitting there reading, so I grabbed that harmless looking blue thing and handed it to him.  "Ten, more, like you mean it."

"Oh, I'll mean it," he told me and was only too happy to oblige. He multiplied that number by 3 and would have kept going if I hadn't rolled myself right onto the floor.  WOW

See you later for more Aimless Ramblings.

  1. Well I hoped that the itch went away. A good spanking usually does the job to reset the attitude.

    1. It is cute and such a pretty color too.

Ray would probably paint a different picture than the one you may have of me.

  5. Ha, Ha - I can believe it! I just need to take lessons from you! This just being perfectly good an wonderful all the time is getting old for me. I've received a swat or two with that lovely little gift and it's not friendly. Also don't these guys know they can't lay off for weeks and weeks (months) and then make it all up in the strength of their swats? Still glad you got some action.

  10. Hi Sunny, oh my, being spatulated is not high on my bucket list, because I have had that and didn't like it. You must be so brave. But I am glad that you got what you needed in that moment.

    1. Nor should it be high on anyone's bucket list, at least anyone that isn't a masochist. haha

  11. Oh Sunny!!!! :) I am just trying to make a blogging come back and I spot this!!! Spatulated, spatulaed and spatulation going on at the Sunny and Ray residence! Whoa! I'm so happy that Ray was able to scratch your itch well for you. And I liked how you went back for more too. There are times when that is such a necessity... LOL! I know someone else who probably would have picked a multiplier too. Gotta love them! OUCH!

You know, I bought that little spatula for you and PK because it had a huge "cuteness factor" and I wanted to bring you something nice. Of course I don't have one in my house. Nope. No thanks! Those are for you and PK to enjoy and think of our beach adventures. LOL! ;) Maybe those are best used for cooking and memories, instead of making memories on your behinds. IDK. You let me know.

Love the "I will not be naughty" poster thing too. How true, how true. Ha! BIG HUGS sent your way,

    <3 Katie

    1. You, you sound all sweetness and light and yet you gifted me that horrible things. and such a pretty color too. So what if it does look good in the kitchen. haha

I think it may have to go the way of PK's gift of last year - I can't remember where I put that cane. Now that wooden thing from this year, well its still around but Lord only know for how long.

    2. Hang on Sonny - that friggin paddle you gave out is one of the worst things we have - think that one will have to be returned to sender!

  12. OH you are so good for actually admitting it and going over his lap. When I get 'itchy' like that, I start to refuse spankings all together, even though that is the time its most needed. :D

  13. You are never a *itch! No way!
Glad Ray obliged you AND himself! Not sure I would want that spatula! It makes me think of a spanking on a just showered behind!

  14. No...absolutely no way is our sweet Sunny Girl an *itch or even behaving like one...just can't believe that. But am happy that Ray was able to scratch your itch...at least for a little while. ;)

    Hugs and blessings...Cat

  15. Hi Sunny,
I maintain that wooden spatulas are the worst. I can handle wooden spoons with barely a peep, but the spatula is pure evil. So not for happy spankings. If you were being "itchy", though, it will cure that fast. I believe you are now all "sunny" again.

  16. How kind of our friend, Katie, to give you something to cure the itch. :-) I do believe spatulas are best for making cookies and buttercream creamcheese frosting...though while I know they must cause a might sting...is it crazy for me to admit I am a tad envious??? :-) Hugs
