Just Wondering

I live in Florida and this is the time of year when the weather is almost perfect.  It is definitely convertible weather so why is that so many of them are being driven with the tops up .  Why have one?  Just my observation. 
Could it be because the ones with the tops up are tops and the ones with the tops down are bottoms? If so,  that's why mine is usually down.

    So you're saying there are more Top in Florida than Bottoms, I guess that means there are plenty of spanking to go around!
